The book is about a typical fish soup, The Cacciucco and I have to admit that it was a pleasure for me to translate it, because it is not only a cookbook but its author had the brilliant idea in being able to tell the story, the legends and to describe the beauty of Livorno through this simple dish which is the culinary symbol of this city.
